In 1992, Kansom Australia created the World’s First Commercial Abalone Sauce made from Australian Wild Caught Abalone.
In 2018, Our Abalone Sauce evolved into our new Sea Sauce Collection. All our Sea Sauces are made here in Australia from real Wild Australian Abalone or Scallops, with no added MSG. They are made to be excellent in taste and nutrition for people who simply want the best.
Our Sea Sauces are not flavoured or imitation sauces. Did you know that the words "flavoured", "flavour" and "flavouring" do not necessarily mean that the flavour is real, or made in any way from the real product? For example, "Abalone Flavour" is not required by law to have any Abalone in it. It may well be made of any combination of seasonings. Our products are made from the real thing.

Our Abalone Sea Sauce uses our same great recipe since it's creation in 1992. With a powerful and bold umami flavour, our Sea Sauce is a delightful finish to any dish. It's power is such that it reduces the need to use salt.
INGREDIENTS:
Abalone Extract 61% (Mollusc), Sugar, Hydrolysed Vegetable Protein (Maize), Salt, Thickener (1422, 407), Yeast Extract, Flavour Enhancer (635), Acidity Regulator (330).
CONTAINS:

CHILLI SEA SAUCE
Our Abalone Sweet Chilli Sea Sauce is a smooth sauce with just the right amount of chilli, creating a truly delicious taste and a versatile sauce. A perfect meld of subtle chilli and sweet sauce base, with a long and pleasant after taste.

Abalone Extract 56% (Mollusc), Sugar, Salt, Yeast Extract, Maltodextrin, Thickener (1442, 415), Flavour Enhancer (635), Garlic Powder, Chilli Powder, Acidity Regulator (330).
